What is the cancellation policy? We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Are there age restrictions? The FIFTH is family-friendly during evening dining hours, but we strictly transition to a 21+ policy after 10 PM.
Are there any special discounts? Yes! We love welcoming our neighbors. Guests staying downstairs at the Grand Legacy at the Park receive a 15% discount. We also host a fantastic Happy Hour from Tuesday to Saturday, between 5 PM and 7 PM, featuring specially priced drinks and appetizers.
